"Ruby notified me of an update on a property insurance policy which resulted in a slight increase of the premium and she was able to help me get the payment applied to the correct policy and get me an updated declaration reflecting the current mortgage lender with the new account number. All this took about 5 minutes and she followed up with emails confirming the actions taken. Pleasure working with Ruby on this matter."

"Eden was absolutely wonderful through the whole process of getting both my home and cars all switched over so easily at quite a huge chunk of a lower price she kept in contact extremely well, walked me through step-by-step and gave me reassurance that everything would be as settled out and as easy as possible, and she did just that!! I would highly suggest anybody looking for good insurance with State Farm to go straight to Eden. She was wonderful and assisting me with everything for the last few weeks of getting everything switched over at a much lower rate and a much lower price something way more affordable than what I could've ever imagined so thank you Eden for all your help."

"Called the office a couple days ago because I needed to make some adjustments to my policies. I didn't know there were some drivers on my policy not listed. "Eden went above and beyond the call of duty. He was not suppose to work today and Monday is Columbus Day, yet he sacrificed his Saturday to get ne car insurance that i so desperately needed. He always kept me updated on the price of bare minuimum car insurance for the stare of Illinois. He was always nice, kind, empathetic, and very professional to me. Even though i may be facing homelessness, he was always empathetic and kind to me. Eden is a serious insurance sales agent for State Farm that i will contact if i get a full-tome job and want to increase my car insurance to full-coverage. I trust Eden. To be honest, I don’t trust a lot of people and i can’t tell you how many scam calls i get everyday, but i trust Eden. He was there for me when i really needed car insurance and i can’t thank him enough. Do not let Eden go! He has major management material and potential .
